Require Ship to Addresses

Requiring a ship to address is a setting that can be set on a ship via. More info on that can be found here: Ship Vias. Check out this FAQ for info on creating and editing ship-to addresses: Customer Saved Ship To Addresses

This will cause a pop up to appear when the order is released if the ship to address wasn’t filled out and the selected ship via has this setting enabled.

• Use Bill To – Copies over the bill to address and uses it as the ship-to address as well.
• Edit Address – Opens the form for the ship-to address to be entered.
• Release Anyway – Releases the order without a ship to address.
• Cancel – Closes the form and aborts the release process.
