Order Banner Colors

This FAQ will go over the available order banner colors in Paradigm.

White

Pending Release – This is shown when the order has not yet been released.

Light Green

Released to Manufacture – This is shown when an order is released.

Pink

Pending Released – Editing a previously released order that has not yet been re-released.

Turquoise

Customer Accepted – When is shown when a customer accepts an order or an online payment/confirmation is completed.

Yellow

CREDIT HOLD! – This is shown when a customer is on a credit hold.

Orange

ADMIN CREDIT HOLD! – This is shown when a customer is on an admin credit hold.

Red

Past Valid Until Date – This is shown when the order is past the “Valid Until” date.

Green

Completed – This is shown when the order is complete.

Black

Canceled – This is shown when the order is canceled.

Blue

PO Created – This is shown when a PO is created for an order.

Gray

Template Order – This is shown on a template order.
