Reset the Directory for Paradigm
This FAQ will go over how to reset the Paradigm directory. Before following these steps, login to Paradigm and go to Help > Paradigm ERP Installer and download the updater. More information on updating Paradigm can be found here: Update/Install Paradigm
To reset the directory on a standard local work station, go to: C:\ProgramData\Paragon Computing Solutions\Paradigm Accounting and delete the “Paradigm_Client” folder. Then run the update installer and the directory will be reset.
Another way this can be done is by right-clicking the Paradigm shortcut and select “Open file location”.
Then click on “Paradigm Accounting” in the address bar.
From there, delete the “Paradigm Client” folder.
Then run the Paradigm update file, and the directory will be reset.
