Set Up A ‘no reply’ email user

This FAQ will cover how to set up a ‘no reply’ email.

User Set Up

  • A new Paradigm user has to be created and then can be named “NoReply” or similar.
  • A “noreply@” email can then be linked to the new “NoReply” Paradigm user.
  • This FAQ: Set Up Emailing From Paragon will help with linking the email to the Paradigm User.
  • After the new user is linked with the email, one can now send out ‘no reply’ emails from that user.
  • Paragon is also able to set up the job to automatically send a ‘no reply’ email, but the Paradigm user linked to the “noreply@” email is required before the automatic email is able to be set up.
  • If searching for how to send emails from within Paradigm, check out this FAQ: Emailing From Paradigm
