Scrap Calculations

This FAQ will go over how scrap calculations are handled in Paradigm.

TIP

Scrap is factored into the TIP unit of measure by adding a waste percentage to it. More info on that can be found here: TIP (Trim In Process) Unit Of Measure

Inventory Discard

For larger amounts of scrap, such as when a coil is damaged, use the inventory discard tool. More info on that can be found here: Inventory Discard
