How Does Customer Portal Count Users

A user is counted for any customer that logs into their Customer Portal account that month.

A customer account can have multiple subaccounts. Logins into the customer’s subaccounts will not be additional users, but will count the parent account as a singular user for that month.

For Example:
Customer Jim’s Metal Roofing (ROOJIM001) has a Customer Portal account, and this customer has subaccounts for Jim, Joe, and Jake. Each of these subaccounts can have a login in the same month, and Customer Portal will count that as one user (ROOJIM001).
