Warehouses

This FAQ will go over how to set up warehouses in Paradigm ERP.

Warehouses

To access this form, go to Inventory > Inventory Settings > Warehouses.

Then select a warehouse from the dropdown to view the details.

Multi Warehouse

If an additional warehouse is needed, see the instructions here: Multi Warehouse. Note that warehouses cannot be deleted, so make sure to enter the information correctly when creating it.

Contact Paragon Support if the license key needs to be changed to allow multiple warehouses.

Direct Ship

The Direct-Ship check box should be checked if the product is going to be shipped directly from the vendor to the customer.

Remit-To Message

The remit-to message can be set per warehouse, to display a separate remit-to message on reports based on the warehouse that the transaction is for. If needed, contact Paragon Support to adjust transaction reports to reference this field.

Warehouse Locations

The locations on the right will be used in Fulfillment Pro to give a more exact location for a product. See this FAQ for more information on where those are set up: How To Add Locations To A Warehouse
