Why Is This Order Not Showing In Fulfillment Pro?

This FAQ will go over how to find out why an order is not showing in Fulfillment Pro.

Order Not Released

Make sure that the order has been released. Unreleased orders or changes to an order will not be shown in Fulfillment Pro.

Items Set To Show In Fulfillment Pro

Check if the item(s) on the order have the “Show In Fulfillment” check box enabled on the item “Detail” tab.

Header Settings

Check that the header filter settings are correct. See this FAQ for more information on Fulfillment Pro filtering – Fulfillment Pro: Filtering

  • Locations – Be sure the location for the order is selected. Select all locations if the location is not known.
  • Date – Be sure the date range is set to the ship date of the order.
  • Filter – Try changing the filter and review the filter settings. More information on filter settings can be seen here – Fulfillment Pro: Employee Filters and Settings
    • Completed Orders – Completed orders will only be shown if the “Completed” orders check box is set on the filter, and the order is not older than the “Max Completion Age”.
    • Ship Via – Check if the ship via on the order is included as a ship via on the selected filter.
    • Transfers – Transfers will only be included if that is selected on the current filter.
  • Show – Try changing the show option to “All”. More information on the show options can be found here – Fulfillment Pro: Filtering > Show
