Summary Tab
This FAQ will go over where the summary tab is, and some commonly used custom summaries. Contact Paragon to have custom summaries set up.
The summary tab can be found on Quote, Order, Invoice, RFQ, PO, and Purchase Invoice forms and shows information about lines on the order. Custom summaries can be set up here as well.
Clicking on the drop down arrow beside the amount will display the list of items that were counted.
Commonly Used Custom Summaries
Screw Calculator & Total Linear Footage
The screw calculator can be used to calculate how many screens are needed for the sale. It can then break down how screws are needed of each color, and can round the number the amount that the screws are sold in, for example bags of 250. Another common summary paired with this is the overall linear footage for each color.
Contact Information
A contact information summary can be used to list out all the contact information such phone numbers or emails. It can also be customized to show only certain contact information, such as only the highest priority. In this example, the summary is shows the highest priority phone number along with it’s label.
