Tab Controls

This FAQ will go over the options that are shown for a tab in Paradigm. To view these options, right click the tab header.

  • Dock – Docks the tab in Paradigm.
  • Float – Moves the tab into a separate window.
  • Close – Closes the selected tab.
  • Force Close – Force closes the selected tab and clears the cached tab.
  • Close all but lists – Closes all tabs, except for lists.
  • Close all but this – Closes all tabs, except for the selected tab.
  • Duplicate Tab – Duplicates the selected tab. This is only available on list tabs, and will copy over any filtering to the newly duplicated tab.
    • A copy of the list can also be opened by holding CTRL and then clicking the button in the ribbon.
  • New horizontal tab group – Creates a new horizontal tab group.
    • This can be useful for extremely large displays.
  • New vertical tab group – Creates a new vertical tab group.
    • This can be useful for extremely large displays.
  • Clear saved layout – Clears the saved layout for the tab.
