Dispatching Map

This FAQ will go over the Dispatching Map in Paradigm’s Daily Deliveries and Daily Pickups lists. This feature requires the “Address Validation” feature from the TomTom integration to be enabled.

If the order does not have a valid address, the pins will not show on the map and this error will show when opening the map:

Using The Map

The button to show all orders can be found in the header.

Orders that have been selected in the daily delivery list will show blue. Unselected orders will be shown as black pins.

The map can be shown for just the selected orders by clicking the maps button in the trip creator.

Hover over the pins for the address information popup. All the orders going to that destination will be grouped together.

Click the folder icon to open the order(s).

Click the select/unselect button to select or unselect the order(s) in the daily delivery list.
