Address List

This FAQ will go over the Address List in Paradigm.

Address List

The address list can be found by going to Dispatching > Address List. This list will only be shown if address validation is enabled.

Addresses can be added to the list with notes [1], and can also be marked as ‘Do Not Ship’ [2] (blacklist) .

Notes

If an address or county note is added, a notes icon will be shown. When there is a note for the address and county, two note icons will be shown.

When hovering over this icon, the message will be shown.

Address notes will be shown on the “Ship To” pop up, where they can be edited as well.

This will be shown in the “Driver Message and Notes” screen from Daily Deliveries, as well as in the Driver App.

County Notes

To add a county note, go to Zip Codes > Counties and enter the note.

Do Not Ship

If the address is marked as “Do Not Ship” and an order is released with that ship to address, the following message with appear: Shipping to this address has been disable: [Address]

Disallow Shipping From Ship To Pop Up

Shipping can be disallowed to a certain address from the order “Ship To” pop up as well.
